Bought the "Sting Ray" cd recently after hearing the name Kenny Brown in so many songs and seeing a release notice at Fat Possum.
Loved the whole thing and can say no more other than to playing. Have suggested it to a number of people. Look forward to hearing more.

Does anyone know about this Hill Country picnic? Does it start on Fri.afternoon, evening? Cause I wanna come to it and have to come from outta town and it would be nice to know what time the music starts. so I know what time to leave here to get there! Thanks!

That is way cool you andG are in the movie. I hope for both of you it leads to more work. Sure would like you to head up "north" for a change...LOL..We do dig the real blues up here ya know..:) I have both your albums and they are killer. Course I am aslo a HUGE R.L. and Junior fan and enjoy your work immensely on those albums.

good morning........hope everything is well with you. i first saw you last year at the festival in helena. and man, you were layin it down. your band sounds damn good. saw the movie-black snake moan-yesterday with a friend of mine, i think they should have done more of the jook house, and more with R.L. and you than that chik scratchin herself.hopefully this will bring more attention to the blues, hell, i guess anything will help. sure would like to see you guys down here around los angeles, they need some real jook down here........billy t
