I have just seen Black Snake Moan tonight (in paris - france)
what a musical pleasure to ear this homage to the blues and to RL (Burnside) the reverend (of the blues) !!!
This movie remember when my friends and I went to clarksdale to see you... dancing and drinking beers (cost of beers for 4 : $120 - in 3 hours)...

Kenny; Great show Fri. in N.O. I love that hill country sound! Heard Burnside Explosion at the Festival, you taught those boys right!!!!! Also, had the pleasure of seeing and hearing the North Mississippi All Stars and you have trained Luther as well, I can see it in how he plays with his right fingers! You can camp onsite if you like(primitive camping only, no open fires). The gates will open at 12 noon on Friday

Hill Country picnic! What time does the music start on Fri./what time did it get going last year?-coming in from out of town and don't want to miss a beat!!!! and which is closer to the picnic location, motels or the campground? Cheers!

Hi Kenny...I'm glad to see you have a site going again. After seeing you at the NMA Family Reunion last fall I wanted to drop you a note but couldn't connect. You sounded so great at that show...a fantastic day of music from all involved. One of my favorite memories of Mississippi is sitting on our back porch in the July rain with you, Danny Lancaster, Miss Polly, and Richard. And the steaks the size of Buicks that Richard cooked for us all. Happy Times. Its great to see things going so well for you!!! I'm still playing Stingray alot...and hope to make it over for your picnicx in June.
